Sorry for the lack of interesting background in my recent outfits posts! The weather has sucked and it's so freezing. I love this crochet cardigan (will post it soon where I wear it done up - it looks completely different!), it's so easy to pair with outfits like this and I think adds a different texture to a simplistic look. I bought it from a vintage store called COW for £5 on the sale rail, I picked it up and thought it was on the wrong rail! Bargaaaain. If you haven't already got a simple bralet like this one, get one! They're easy to wear with high waisted things, and add a completely different look underneath a sheer shirt. Urban Outfitters are out of this one, but they have plenty to choose from and i'm sure you've seen them in different stores too.

The reason why i'm wearing shorts and then jeans is because it was too cold! So I thought I would just take photos of both... I'm not sure which I prefer!

Silversun Pickups are one of my favourite bands, their lyrics are amazing and they are really easy listening. Here's the song (lyrics in my title)...

These photos were kind of unexpected, hence the weird background in my dining room. I thought I would upload them anyway... Just a simple outfit really, something easy. I bought this jacket from Brighton for £15, it has served me well over the years and its a nice alternative to the levi's denim jacket. If you haven't been to Brighton and you are from the U.K (or you are visiting) then I highly recommend going its amazing! I bought this from the lanes in an amazing vintage/antique warehouse. They have the cutest cafes and stores down the cobbled lanes, every shop is unique and it's a great day out... But ummm make sure you have lots of money.

Charlotte Free is like a super cool modern day barbie in this campaign. She looks so amazing in these Wildfox pieces, I don't think there could be a better match! I have wanted pink hair for so long now, and this campaign has just tipped me over the edge... I might have to just do it. I love everything about this campaign, I can't wait to get my hands on it! I have been looking for a t-shirt with a rainbow on for so so long (completely random - I know) and finally this little perfect one has turned up. Ahhhh hurry up summer 2012!

Yeahhh so hence the title, these are pretty posey... But I had to show you my new jeans! Got these sexies off Ebay for just over £30. I thought the price was pretty reasonable considering they're acid wash aaaaand Levi's aaaaand fit perfect (this is where i convince myself it's ok to spend more money on clothes, but then again when do you come across a pair of these in your exact size? ok yes still convincing...)

I bought some vintage levi's jeans off Ebay previously from America for a third of the price, but unfortunately the measurements were wrong so they are too big! Still kind of wearable but I guess I felt sorry for myself because I couldn't send them back... So I invested in another... better pair (Still reassuring myself).

Wearing my creepers again but they're just too comfy and go with everything! I will definitely wear some other shoes soon I promise. And the top was originally a velvet leotard which I cut into a crop top as I seem to be going through an extended crop top phase - all of my trousers/shorts/skirts are high waisted so they're really easy to pair with my clothes.

Been talking like a complete numpty for most of the day because I had my first filling at the dentist. Man I hate that place. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be... I just had to cope with a numbed head for 5 hours after. The dentist makes me sleepy so i'm going to go chill out for a bit before beddy bies... I will be posting again tomorrow so check back :)

P.s. If you spotted that doll... It's my mum's. I'm in her room you see. I really hate dolls.

Well this is my cat Myrtle. Had to introduce her to you sometime. She looks like she's not enjoying my attention but really... she loves it. Anyway. I'm still not sure about this hat, it's been over a year since I bought it for festivals, but I have only just started wearing it regularly. It's pretty chilly outside so I have been wearing beanies constantly, I thought I would change it up a bit by wearing mr. bowler.

I would highly recommend investing in one of these american apparel shirts (well, I would highly recommend buying anything American Apparel - I am slightly obsessed as you will notice in the near future). It's a staple item in my wardrobe, especially in this colour, this shirt goes with everything. Chiffon, soft, sheer... perfect. I want it in every colour!

Man I wish this jacket wasn't so big. I reckon I can just about get away with it... With etsy/ebay stuff I guess you are never too sure how it will fit or look, but I am glad I took the chance with this jacket as it's so easy to throw on with high waisted black skinnies and a crop top or whatever.

Anyway my bed is calling me, good night :)

This outfit is a little more dressed up for me than usual, but I completely forgot about this dress that I bought from a charity shop over a year ago for about £6. I thought I should finally wear it, after being lying around in my wardrobe (organised chaos) for over a year. It was huuuge and really long when I bought it, so I cut literally 3/4 of the length off to make it how it is now. Looks alriiight for £6!

Just a tip on the shoesies - if you are thinking of investing in a pair of these bad boys, then without a doubt you have to buy them from Underground! I got these for christmas, but I had a pair of double sole Demonia's previously and they literally fell apart and sucked. Yerrrr I guess I wore them a hell of a lot but they are no way near as nice as the Underground ones anyway so it is definitely worth paying the extra price :)

P.s. You are going to be seeing a lot of these shoes so i apologise in advance. And I suck at posing for photos - I know...

I've been keeping up with so many blogs for ages now, i'm constantly on lookbook/tumblr etc, so i thought it was about time to start one of my own. I know it's a bit late to join in with the blogging phase, but hey ho i'm going to start one anyway.
